Sovereign Presence & Touchdown
The primary duty of the Guard is to provide immaculate ceremonial accompaniment for leadership during state functions and serve as sentries at future consulate gates. Upon the execution of the physical touchdown operation, the DHG will lead the ceremonial vanguard to raise the state flag.

Enrolment Vetting & Incentives
Admission is strictly restricted to verified residents and citizens who clear exhaustive identity and background screening. To reward dedication, Tier 2 E-Residents who complete 12 months of unblemished service are fast-tracked for Tier 3 Permanent Citizenship with a fully subsidised physical passport.
Absolute Civilian Restrictions
