The Permanent Population Roll
The Commission manages a centralised, cryptographic ledger that acts as the state’s single source of truth. Every verified resident and citizen is assigned a unique, sequential Danubian Civil Registry Number (CRN) to track their official standing.
Tier 2 Verified E-Residency
This department administers the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification standards required to become a Tier 2 Associate. Verified cardholders are authorised to receive the physical CR80 Resident Permit and hold the right to sign political rolls and vote in consultative referendums.
Tier 3 Permanent Citizenship
